The White House was forced to correct the official transcript from the event 10 days after it happened in order to reflect the question correctly. As for the issue date, the White House is lying: The final transcript was not issued after July 16th, 2018. And “Trump claims Russia unhappy he won election after Putin said he wanted Trump to win.”
